愛情天梯
前些時看「無線」劇集陳豪和張可頤主演的《天梯》，認為是近年頗具水準的力作，文藝味甚濃。到今天看互聯網新聞，才知道〈愛情天梯〉是有「真人」原型故事的：
話說五十多年前，重慶市中山古鎮村的年輕小夥子劉國江，戀上了比他大十歲的四子之寡母徐朝清。為怕鄉人閒言閒語，他們私奔到海拔一千五百米的深山老林隱居，過着不問世事的生活。
二零零七年劉國江去世後，徐朝清在天梯上的愛巢多活了五年，直到二零一二年十月三十日，才以八十七高齡辭世，感人肺腑的愛情也劃上了完滿的句號！
無線劇集《天梯》，雖然用了「愛情天梯」的故事作藍本，卻創造了醫學知識豐富且聰明絕頂的苗天，和不懂世事的少婦顧新月，把愛情套進了爾虞我詐的商場裡，也算不錯！

A total solar eclipse was visible on the northern part of Manhattan on this day in 1925. Along with thousands of New Yorkers, Calder traveled uptown, stopping at the steps of Columbia University to watch. He made The Eclipse, an oil painting of the scene, pictured here. According to an article in the New York Times that morning, “The first nibble at the sun’s disk will be made by the moon at 8 o’clock. The moon will slowly glide over the face of the sun until 9:11, when for about half a minute the sun will be completely obscured and the eclipse will be total.” In March 1925, Calder presented his painting in the Ninth Annual Exhibition of Independent Artists at the Waldorf-Astoria, New York.
