【五無閒話】尋音——我的印度歌唱之旅（上）
//我今年71歲。2007年10月的一個下午， 天清氣朗，我到新加坡的「文化街」勿拉士峇沙路（Bras Basah Road）逛逛。經過新加坡美術館時，聽到裏面傳出陣陣歌聲和鼓聲。美術館很少辦音樂會，我一時好奇便走進去，發現美術館的一個展覽廳裏有印度音樂會。一個印度女人正在唱歌，為她伴奏的是一個男鼓手和男小提琴手，他們和二十來個觀衆都坐在鋪了地氈的地上。女歌手體格壯碩，濃眉大眼。身穿絲綢料子的紗麗，長髮上插着茉莉花，兩眉之間點小紅點。她一邊唱歌一邊用右手打拍子。雖然我一個字也聽不懂，卻被她的歌聲感動到淚如雨下。我是唯一的華人，散場時印度觀衆都看着我，向我微笑。這場音樂會，我很快就忘記了。
過了一年，有一天我在家附近的小公園散步，有一戶人家打開了窗，從裏面傳出印度人的歌聲。我順着歌聲追蹤到那個單位，原來是一家印度人，大門開着，裏面有一個少女在跳印度舞，一個中年女人替她伴唱，還有一個男人在吹笛子。女主人在菜市場的小攤位賣印度食品，認識我。她說女兒阿魯娜將要舉行一個獨舞晚會，作為女兒印度舞的結業儀式，她邀請我參加。我告訴她我很想學唱印度歌，她說伴唱的巴吉亞太太有教唱歌。我立刻和巴基亞太太打招呼並約好時間見面。巴吉亞太太住在大巴窯一間舒適的五房公寓，在一個房間裏教十來個學生唱歌。 原來我在美術館聽到的是南印度古典聲樂的曲目。南印度古典聲樂，印度許多大學都設有學位課程。初級班要學唱兩本教材，一本是梵文曲子，不用打拍子，一本是小曲，叫Varnam，是挺複雜的古典曲子，要打拍子。然後就是老師任選的大曲。通常要修3年，開一場音樂會才能正式畢業。就這樣，我用英文拼音的課本和一群學生一起，坐在巴吉亞太太家地上學唱。每星期一個小時的課，學費一個月50新加坡元。//
今年入冬以來的首波寒流在今天(22日)冬至清晨發威，全台各地紛紛創下12月以來的最低溫，#氣象署 也持續針對9個縣市發布低溫特報；同時提醒這寒流將持續影響到明天清晨，而且後天起，又有一波大陸冷氣團南下，因此從平安夜到聖誕節，各地早晚依舊壟罩在北方帶來的低溫下，也呼籲民眾要做好禦寒的準備。

美國冬至
On Thursday, we turn the corner toward longer days and a bit more sunlight. Dec. 21 is the winter solstice, the shortest day and longest night of the year in Earth’s Northern Hemisphere.

Kevin Kelly is the founding executive editor of Wired magazine and a former editor and publisher of the Whole Earth Review. He has also been a writer, photographer, conservationist, and student of Asian and digital culture. Wikipedia 上周六講座〈下一個五千天〉圓滿落幕，非常感謝在寒風中前來參與的各位。
講座由KK分享他的新書《5000天後的世界》開始，從未來工作形式可能的改變，講到「Protopia」（進托邦），中間也提到AI或是智慧城市等內容。
其中貓編特別有印象的是關於「未來車子可能會比住家需要使用更高的網路流量」這個預測，聽起來似乎會朝著「真」移動辦公的方向發展也說不定。
後面則是由
#數位時代 王志仁總編輯與KK的對談，最後現場觀眾的提問真的都非常精彩。
即使貓編已經看過這本書的內容也依舊為KK的講座感到震撼，從他口中分享出來的話比起書中文字更具有影響力，也感受到他對未來充滿信心。
KK認為，2023年並不是終端，而是一個開端。25年前我們沒有社群媒體、沒有智慧型手機，更沒有Amazon或是特斯拉，也就是說，未來25年後最厲害的商品也都尚未被發明出來。
就如同KK所說：＂We are not too late.＂
