酒井抱一酒井 抱一（さかい ほういつ、 宝暦11年7月1日(1761年8月1日) - 文政11年11月29日(1829年1月4日)）は、江戸時代後期の絵師、俳人。

元月：以Deming 的The New Economics為主，《從統計品管到淵博知識》為輔。" 十四要點"先生：經營/管理；自我轉化；紅珠實驗
六月：Deming 的淵博知識系統出發：系統論；變異論；知識論；心理學
意外收獲：受贈《做農做工做佛》、20年前校長的勉勵函

文化14年（1817年）根岸の隠居所に『大無量寿経』の「天雨妙華」から「雨華庵」の額を掲げたのと同時期、抱一の制作体制が強固になり雨華庵の工房が整えられていく。
