Wednesday 10 November 2021, 6pm
Zoom, free
Henry Moore once described the human figure as ‘both the most exacting subject one can set oneself, and the subject one knows best.’ In this talk, Dr Hannah Higham, curator of Henry Moore: Configuration will explore how Moore recognised human forms in the natural world.
We will be speaking to artists, curators, writers and academics on topics such as the importance of touch, the relationship between bodies and ecosystems, and the necessity of experimentation and risk.
"我們將與藝術家、策展人、作家和學者就觸摸的重要性、身體與生態系統之間的關係以及實驗和風險的必要性等話題進行交流。" (google translate)
