10月14日是戴明博士的生日。今年就用好友，
法國戴明學會創始人Jean-Marie Gogue的 回信，
當紀念。 (我信中請教他法國麥當勞賣什麼牌啤酒)

I missed you too. For some years I have been fighting in France in order to convince managers to adopt the Deming philosophy,  thus I tend  to forget foreign countries. 

I urge you to look at http://www.fr-deming.org/english.html and try « the plumber’s experiment ». It is a substitute for "the red beads experiment". The idea of a plumber is provocative because the experiment is not made by an academic: it means that the Deming philosophy is made for everybody. 

McDonald sell in Europe a Belgian ale named « Jupiler ».

晚參加《街頭守門人—台大新聞E論壇反黑箱服貿運動報導紀實做新書發表會：做為13萬名粉絲之一；她們的約90成員/記者近9成是女性。書還在印刷廠，全彩，定價350元。某新聞所教授也成為台下發問者---可得一印"人山人海"的塑膠文件套----這有違我的環保原則，所以"閉嘴"。......
