「大頭仔」陳映真在1978年生病住入仁愛醫院時，我在報端披露此一文壇消息後被遠景出版社老闆沈登恩來電表示「難得會見報」的新聞；後來，主編「大學雜誌」時邀稿推薦台灣新文學大系時，其賜稿大作的標題迄今還印象深刻：「那殺身體不殺靈魂的不要怕他」，似乎引自聖經? 代表他的態度！

高友工："北大兩學期首先是我最敬仰的文學家馮文炳，他以廢名筆名寫的小說，直到今天我還以為是中國最有詩意的小說，而記得馮先生以一堂課的時間來發揮論語，"吾十有五而至於學"這一章，真是令人咀嚼一生還未能盡興，更不用他的小說的詩情詩意即哲理的深度了。"
馮文炳（1901年11月9日－1967年10月7日）先生1949年前，受到胡適之先生和知堂的賞識和幫助，得以在北京大學任教。1949年後可能不很得意，後來被調到東北長春大學(吉林大學)任教。作品出版不易。2009年才有某基金會等的協助，在北京大學出版社出版6卷的《廢名集》(《廢名文集》1卷2000年出版)。
我找一下，《廢名集》中關於論語的領悟之樂的文章有二篇，相隔約十來年，可以了解他的領悟之來由。
樂：我請Andrew Hsu找出1984.10 {電子所所訊}曾先生筆錄 Hajime Karatsu先生精彩的演講。徐兄又答應請假前來"漢清講堂"助陣。
