In these new books, The chairman of Edwards Deming Institute and his friend asked a new Foreword from them to be put in the beginning part of the books. Among the messages was a Singapore professor for developing the market of the Dr. Deming's work in Asia. Unfortunately, I never heard of him.
Yes, the Edwards Deming Institute is some disappointing. For example, I left a corrections message for the year Dr. Deming retirement from NYU is 1976 instead 1975 as they put in the website. No response at all. Some podcast from them are good. But I wonder podcast is a good means for spreading the Profound Knowledge. Some times later I might try the video with subtitle.

台灣過去面對大陸軍主義的傳統解放軍，已經轉型成類似美軍的作戰方式。他們改變了思維，如果台灣還把他們想成老一套，我們可怕的思維落後必將付出慘敗的代價，就如同第一次波灣戰爭，伊拉克面對美軍的全新戰術，還是老一套傳統戰術，不兵敗如山倒才怪。
共軍軍改需要5年才能上軌道，剛好和本屆立委時間平行，立委應對中國軍改多所了解，才可督促政府採取新穎有效的對治手段。民進黨既然如此看重台灣的安全，找菁英立委進入國防委員會應是當務之急。

民進黨立委對國防委員會興趣不大的原因，可能長年隔絕與國安、國防、情治等領域而造成無知、茫然有關。此外，國防委員會相對於其他委員會比較沒油水，不知是否也是原因之一。
蔡英文就職後將總綰國安、國防、外交與兩岸，這一塊民進黨沒有淵源，較為陌生。蔡及民進黨要趕快補課，擬出對治中國軍改的新方案，否則4、5年一晃即逝，變成東亞的伊拉克，就悔之晚矣。
