Dear Hanching,
You requested me for papers which I have put on the French website. Maybe you need papers in "doc" format ? Unfortunately, I did not keep the "doc" files after converting them to "pdf". Anyway it is not difficult to convert "pdf" to "doc". Would you like I did it for my English papers which are on the French website?
Deming did not write a foreword to my translation of "The New Economics" because he was dead before I finished to translate. I still have his letter where he has sent me his foreword to my translation of "Out of the Crisis", but I did not copy this letter in "doc". Maybe you could translate the Deming foreword (attached) from French to English?
You can also find on the website a foreword by Deming for a book which I wrote in 1993 but was not published "La richesse des entreprises". In 2008 I wrote a book "La libre concurrence en procès" where I used materials from my manuscript written in 1993.
