時間都很有限。川賴先生來訪。他的午餐吃到3點，所以對我說，買5個鍋貼、一碗麵、一杯豆漿，就可；可是，6點，我正餓.......
之後，到聯經買本圖說台灣電影史送給他，算是回報他的贈書(帶70本書來台灣，只有2人付錢......) 他在騎樓抽完一根菸，救回我處喝咖啡、甜點 (錦坤夫人送的)。
我去洗手間時，他仔細研究我桌上的西藥。然後跟我講健康3要點：呼吸的重要:生活的韻律；要教導潛意識，睡前說自己很健康...... 我跟他說，要常從座位起來......
跟我談許多老藝人的故事；介紹日本的老年退休、福利制度至......

您送的英漢詞典的float 末句的翻譯，似乎值得討論:Old TV shows...
張華兄回信：您是說"難得成功"? 中文這樣用真的有問題。意思剛好相反。
"麥克米倫高級英漢雙解辭典" p.752：....成功；被接受Old TV shows refurbished as films rarely float. 改編自舊電視劇的電影難得成功。

我再讀一次，回信：再看，原翻譯沒問題呢！
