雄才大略與政治風險
兩個國家，中國與Qatar (台灣多報導杜拜，其實更精采的"建設"在Doha)，一大一小，都有驚人的大略，可能也有具雄才的領導者。然而，世界，非規劃中的平坦，種種風險等待人的算計。
我因為上月研究土耳其及伊斯蘭的世界，更了解他們。
