我今天第一次在臺大的YouTube的特定校園頻道上看 ，他們近幾年的畢業典禮的來賓演說錄影。.

這7-8年前，Stanford 等各校即利用來做2小時(廣角)的特別演說---如Apple得S. Jobs演說。 臺大的還只是每次20分鐘。
臺大校內已有多年的"我的學思歷程"和"胡適講座"演講近百部， 而以他們的資源 ，都還要利用YouTube的容量和 品質。
我去看東海的，都是幾分鐘的trivial (對校政/校譽而言)錄影......
YouTube 校園是免費的 (要申請 這沒問題我看到個人申請的一次上傳6.5小時的)。
