李敦白（英語：Sidney Rittenberg；1921年8月14日－2019年8月24日），美國學者，1944年—1979年期間曾長居在中國，是第一個加入中國共產黨的美國人。曾在延安工作，得以近距離觀察中共領導人[1]。中華人民共和國建立後，因先後牽涉蘇聯間諜案和「白求恩-延安造反團」而兩次入獄。1993年出版了《The Man Who Stayed Behind》一書。
