看BBC的 Global Questions 節目：世界各地6個人向中每各一專家提問：5G、中美科技戰等。畫面9人 (含主持人)。這種電視，在CNN和BBC等很平常，新加坡小規模用一下，台灣可能落後一代。
中美科技戰，6人中4人認為中國勝出；1人美國勝出，1人沒意見。
美國專家清楚地說，半導體、AI、5G等科技，必須分類來談，美國許多類的"質"都很好 (她成功吸收世界人才)。

今天在臺灣大學圖書館的電梯上，有人跟他的外籍同伴解釋，臺大人多有錢人；台灣教育制度讓窮人多去讀私校。
那一天，行政院教育部該允許台灣公立大學的學費漲10倍、私校學費保持原水準。
那一天，台灣的大學、大部分大學，其"世界排行"，可能都會進步。

1992年專程訪紐約看 MoMA的馬蒂斯回顧展。
當時大都會博物館起碼有2大展，我只買The Century of Tung Chʻi-chʻang 1555-1636, 2 巻，如下。20年之後我很後悔，這套在台大可以找到。
1992年應該買René Magritte( 1898 – 1967)回顧展的目錄才對。他們對台灣或許更重要的參考資料。後悔莫及。
