承平時代，台灣還養約4千多退將。他們各憑"本事"，海撈房屋、職位。
有的更妙，去中國當"反美作戰"顧問，唬得中國一愣一愣的。
哈哈，等著瞧。

中共妄想保管百億個密碼 (總人口加其他)
中共自以為"立法猛"，"埋頭苦幹，到處立法"，自以為"立法完備"，超級維穩。
殊不知，立法後果(含外國勢力)難測，搞到自己國內公司要將"總部"設在國外。
密碼嗎，將成為科技犧牲品，國際駭客最肥的獎品。

幾年前，我說中共"此舉" (還沒發表)是"不知天高地厚"。如今，對俄國的批評，類似。
我近日打算與陳新炎先生探討19世紀末到20世紀初葉的俄國富豪/法國繪畫的大收藏家，發現前者的英文資料很少，後者則不然。包括 Matisse 到莫斯科1911喜歡的Russian icons，都有 (更不用說舊俄的文學作品........)。
