這次 Microsoft 採用"強制鎖定"方式關機，這樣我初次碰到。
然後我開機6次，都動不了。
趕緊去附近的修護中心。
修護員看電池狀況，改用店內的電源。
然後強制開機，即按開關約20秒。
開機啦，然後幫我關機，好了。
我20分鐘回去開機，可，可是進去主畫面，黑。
修護員(另)說可能螢幕壞了.......
後來，又可以了。
修護員說，不穩定，最好留下pc 送修。
我說，預計再用一年，就可換。
然後，我自己在店內重開機。
跑出"軟體更新"畫面，他說，pc 沒壞。幸運
回家，發現電池充電插頭移位了......
我的結論是電源問題。
3位修護員都忽略這。

這是從台北101觀景台所拍到的大巨蛋，從高處俯瞰，大巨蛋的建築量體更顯得驚人。
大巨蛋體育園區基地達10.2公頃，巨蛋主體加上商業設施，樓地板面積就有35,000坪。我上任後現場會勘，竟發現大巨蛋有多達79處 #沒有按圖施工，等於是違法大違建，被北市府勒令停工。
現在很多人質疑，從外觀看，大巨蛋的外牆帷幕早已貼上，哪有停工？還有議員質疑都審放水，說北市府幫遠雄護航。
在這裡，柯文哲要告訴大家，這五年來，台北市政府經過數十次安全審查、#都審會議 都透過 #網路直播，以昭公信；大家可以到現場看看，目前蛋體有貼上帷幕的，幾乎都是 #3樓以上外牆，這是依據 #臺灣臺北高等行政法院所裁定的 #安全維護工程；而內裝的部分還是不能施作。
這五年來，一千多個日子，台北市監督遠雄，一步一步完成了14大項的安全維護工程， 我們和建築、土木、結構、大地各專業公會代表仔細檢視，把關大巨蛋的防火、逃生、疏散等各項基礎設備，絕不可能護航。
很多人又問，為何不直接拆掉算了？事實上這在法律和實務上都難以做到，議會也不允許，加上大巨蛋量體太大，一拆連附近的建築結構都會受到影響，我們只能盡全力讓大巨蛋合法、合理並且安全。
台北市遵循的是最嚴格的公安標準，要給市民一個 #安全的大巨蛋，請放心！作為台北市長，我承諾會保障人民安全，不放水、不刁難，也絕不妥協！
