向人民負責！
行政院長林全今（31）日首度進行施政報告，並率全體閣員備詢，但國民黨立院黨團要求林全簽拒美豬承諾書，並擺上道具豬霸占主席台持續杯葛，對此時代力量提案，今天開會到晚上12點，直到行政院長林全上台開始總質詢。提案將交付黨團協商。
時代力量黨團總召徐永明在臉書發文表示，中國國民黨現在持續枯耗，以消極的方式，不行使監督的權力，每個國民黨委員排排坐，喝茶聊天，這樣哪裡像在監督，難道民眾投票、繳稅金，是要給他們進來休息吹冷氣嗎？
立院空轉一天，散會。

國民黨立委杯葛林全上台，時代力量提案開會至晚上12點，反制國民黨，並揚言一定要林全上台報告，行使質詢權監督以向人民負責。不過，但民進黨立委們投下反對票，國民黨立委則不斷高呼口號「綠色髮夾彎、欺騙全台灣」、「毒豬入台」未投票，最後院會在晚間6時許，在國民黨口號聲中宣告散會。林全最終還是上不了台。
傍晚6點表決結果，57票反對，時力5人贊成，贊成者少數，不延會。立法院長蘇嘉全隨即宣佈散會。時力立委黃國昌在現場痛罵，「浪費大家一天，這樣就要走了喔！給大家看看，這就是中國國民黨」，國民黨立委則當場反譏，「那你留下來啊」，之後帶著道具豬開議場。
黃國昌本來今天準備好要質詢的…

1《金瓶梅》自潘金蓮、李瓶兒和龐春梅三人各取一字而成，英文照字面譯為「金瓶中的梅」，不知是否有說明?
2 有點像英文的Acronym，算是文字遊戲，只能翻出字面的意思。
3當然。這是作者有意的安排，但就譯論譯，還是要講究源頭。
