我今天去苗栗，跟洪醫師提起您要訪他的消息。
他要我傳話：他的大腸癌---第三期初，淋巴腺約3/31感染---第一次化療順利，狀況很好，下下周會第2次化療。所以不用過去。他改天跟你報告其病情。
我中午隨他回家吃飯，他家的老狗只剩下一織Judy，已不認識我；另外一隻新犬，塊頭跟我差不多。3樓新蓋一間客房，可望周圍的大樟樹等風中起武，可惜一棵聽說將牆全裂，9月必須砍下。他的桌上有本"礦工的兒子基金會"談罹癌經驗和志向----全國育幼院的都有獎學金。

我跟他報告您這半年的善舉，他說他也該捐錢。傍晚我要回台北，他在車上指著某大樓的某樓，掛"真佛宗....."，他買下給信徒聚會，之前是補習班，所以不需改裝璜。
他的大兒子一家3人8月要從香港回家陪父親半年，移民美國二十來年都沒機會與父親相處，這次洪醫師生病，讓他看透香港當律師的圈子很有限，說不定改經商，可能全球拓展山東岳父的健康食品---譬如說，海參精..... (約2008年我帶他訪問過您。)
